Little Miracle at the Pumpkin Patch
It was Monday and I took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch. My oldest boy, Soren, really wanted to go on the Ferris wheel. I got enough tickets for all 5 of them to do 5 rides and the thing that I didn’t really account for was me. I totally forgot that they were not going to let my kids go on the Ferris wheel without me being present.
All that being said, we did not have enough tickets to go on the Ferris wheel together. Then, I gave the 3 remaining tickets to my younger kids and we also met this girl named Brooke. So my kids go on some rides with her. After that, we literally had zero tickets left and Brooke had no tickets either.
It’s just that the Ferris wheel was not gonna happen and my son Soren was obviously disappointed.
About 5 minutes later, Soren comes up to me and found 2 tickets. Then, a minute later, I guy comes over to my second oldest daughter and gave her 4 tickets. Told her that they’re gonna go and do not need the tickets anymore. So, that’s 6 tickets but we also have Brooke, right? Genevieve looks down on the ground, sees a ticket out of all places and grabs it.
Next thing you know, we have 7 tickets. And wow! We have enough tickets, so we’re all able to go on to the Ferris wheel, all of us, 3 in one cart and 4 in the other, and had a blast.
How God Works Even Through Little Things
Before, we thought that the Ferris wheel was not gonna happen, I was like, alright Lord if you want Soren to go on the Ferris wheel, you gotta have to make it happen. Because I’m not gonna go back and spend. We can always wait till next week when the rest of the kids, cos 2 of my other kids can’t go because they were sick. I mean we’d just spend a ton of money. We could always wait until next week.
Yet still, all 7 of us were able to ride the Ferris wheel.Â
You know, every little thing is provided for us. God wants to give us good things all the time and no matter how small or insignificant it might be. He is everywhere at every point in time and He is a good father. He wants us to have a good time. Just like any good father would.
Believing – Why Is It Important?
Whether you’re Christian or not, whether you believed in God or not, He exists. He cares about you, loves you and wants to provide for you.Â
Why would God even care about this? I know this is not a business topic but this is part of the spirituality side of things. You have your body, you have your health, you have your business and you have your family and then you have your spirituality. And if you don’t have that, you’re just a one-dimensional person.
Why would He even care about this when He could worry about other things? Well, He’s everywhere and He’s with you at the same time. Even as if you’re the only one who exists, it’s just that it matters to Him for whatever reason. So, just go with it.
There are times when we struggle and it seems like He’s far away. There are times when it seems like He’s really close for whatever reason. That’s just the way it is. It’s so important because when you realize that someone actually cares about you and wants the best for you, it makes a world of difference. Especially when that person is the creator of the entire world and the entire universe.

God wants us to know that every little thing is provided for us. Every little thing is a miracle. Miracles that He does for His children. If you want a miracle, you can see it everywhere – in the sky or in the ocean and of course in yourself.
These little things can make a significant impact on the big picture. And God absolutely cares about the little things in our lives. Maybe you believe your life’s details are unimportant to a busy God. Why would He bother with your small problems? He bothers because of how He feels about you. Only you need to do is to believe. To believe in God is to believe that He is and that His Word is true in our day-to-day life.
